Contact Center Trial on Amazon Cloud

What is this Cloud-based service?

This is Nortel's CEBS portfolio hosted on Amazon's Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) service. It consists of fully installed and configured Contact Center, Interactive Communications Portfolio and Agile Communication Environment that can be used right away. At present we are offering this for evaluation and as a developer sandbox for a trial periods on our Nortel Developer Portal to selected partners.

How do I sign up for a trial?

Complete the application form provided here and we will respond with details of your cloud-based instance within three working days.

Which Contact Center components are currently available?

The cloud Contact Center at present provides a co-resident Nortel Contact Center Manager Server (CCMS), Nortel Contact Center Manager Administration (CCMA), Nortel Communication Control Toolkit (CCT) and Nortel Service Creation Environment (SCE). Contact Center Multimedia (CCMM) will be offered shortly.

Can this be used as a production machine?

The cloud based product instances are purely for evaluation / developer sandbox and is not suitable for production usage. The specs of this trial instance are much lower than is required for real traffic.

How long is the trial period?

We offer a one month trial of the cloud-based product. Before the trial has ended we will email you to inform you that the trial period is going to expire.
