Contact Summary Analytics with Online Pivot Table

This sample application provides the capability to analyze your Contact Center statistics using a browser-based pivot table. When deployed in your network, the application allows users to “slice and dice” the Contact Summary Statistics using a web browser, with functionality similar to that available in spreadsheet pivot tables.

Target users: Contact Center business analysts, operations managers, administrators and supervisors.
Client requirements: Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office.
Server requirements: Contact Center 7.0
